Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have tags attached. Cropped, seasonal or final sale items are not eligible for return.

4. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

5. I ordered multiple items. Why did they arrive in separate packages?

Some items may ship from different production facilities and arrive separately.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

Orders begin processing quickly and often cannot be changed or canceled. If you need help, contact us ASAP at info@momsadvocatingformoms.org.

7. How does my purchase support the nonprofit?

Every purchase helps support our mission for advocacy, education, and efforts to make a change. This is more than merch—it’s a mission. To learn more visit our take action page.

8. How do I know what size to order?

Each product has a size guide listed in the description. We recommend measuring your favorite tee or hat and comparing it to the chart before ordering. If you’re between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit!

9. Are your items true to size?

Generally, yes! Most of our shirts are unisex and run true to size, but always check the specific product’s size guide for the most accurate fit.

10. What’s the best way to care for my apparel?

For best results, machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing over prints or using bleach.
